I just want to acknowledge that we are on STOLEN Indigenous land.
I come to you, heart open, as an artist who found myself at a portal of my own rock bottom, needing to lay down a much needed foundation to nourish and support the cries and callings from my spirit.
The amount of daily unlearning and decalcification I find I must do to stay in alignment with my sovereignty and my sweetness and my rage, feels huge.
THIS is the fuel for my fire and my ritual.
My dream for our collective is to find healing by all means necessary.
Without shame.
Without urgency.
With FULL consent.
With softness.
With slowness.
With care, sometimes rough and vigorous - sometimes engulfed in pleasure.
A rapture of both.
I believe our bodies and this earth hold all the tools, and our spirits and energetic bodies remember the code and our nervous system is holding the container.
We really need each other.
Blessed to support while I can.
I prioritize and do this work for Black Women and Non-Bionary folx, People of Culture and less Able-bodied but I open my heart to all that come with that understanding.
I am ready to dissolve the dissonance.
My studies have been lifelong with focus on Neuroscience & Neuroplasticity, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish - Deep Tissue - Thai Massage, Sacred Sensuality and Pleasure, Vinyasa Yoga & Breathwork, Freedom Meditation and Mindfulness, Sound & Music, Art as Activism, Holistic Mothering, Community Coaching for Healing Justice and Farming while Black in ‘Merikkka.
I am an abolitionist.
Queer. Feral. Broken open.
I am a survivor and I’ll stand with you.
Black Lives Mattering is not in question, it is a birthright.
