Sarah Maricha White is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and land steward based in Mni Sota Makoce. Her work aims to dissolv systemic chains that seep into our nervous systems, reclaiming the body as home. Through storytelling—visual, sonic, and embodied—she explores healing through touch, neuroplasticity, faith, and the wisdom of the soil. Her artistry has been showcased at the International Center of Photography, the Walker Art Center, SooVAC, and beyond. As a musician, she has shared stages with Yasiin Bey, Macy Gray, and King Britt, independently releasing three solo albums that weave the intimate with the profound. Sarah’s work is an invitation to return—to ourselves, to our lineage, to the freedom that has always been ours.
